Very good location near the river and walking distance to everything you need or want to see. Large very comfortable bed and room kept very clean. All staff were happy and friendly and always eager to answer any questions or give you valuable information !

My first time in Lyon and I couldn't have picked a better location in central Lyon, close to shopping and bars and also Vieux Lyon (old Lyon) is just a walk across the bridge that's less than 50m from the entrance. Compliments also to the absolutely brilliant receptionists who offered excellent advice upon arrival and were always willing to help.

The hotel was in a great location walking distance to most attractions as well as close to many pubs bars and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful, check in and check out were very smooth hotel was nice and clean and they have a facility to hold bags after check out which was super helpful

The location on the "island" is near the footbridge across the Saône River and in and among cobbled streets filled with fine restaurants and a robust night life. Great for travellers who like to walk. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The staff here was very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was good with a number of options to select from. The best part of my stay was just how clean the room was. I actually saw my reflection on the sink and shower faucets.

Ideal location - easy walking distance to the old town, Bellecour, Hotel de Ville etc and tons of great bars and restaurants ! The room and bathroom were both on the small side but had everything we needed including a kettle, and an iron and ironing board were available to borrow from reception. Staff were helpful and we did use the laundry service which was pricey but quick. Air con in the room was also good.

Travelled with our granddaughter and thoroughly enjoyed four nights stay, staff were friendly, and accommodated our request to have our rooms together! Absolutely perfect location. Fabulous cafe practically on our doorstep that served great breakfasts, and scrumptious food in general. Would definitely recommend BWLSA and we would also choose to stay there again.

The location was excellent, close to many of the tourist sites and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was also very clean and quiet with great AC.

We had the family apartment, and it was a really substantial size - fantastic for a family of four. Enabled us to cook meals when we wanted, and to spread out as needed.

We had the studio apartment which worked out very well. The kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes and was separate from bedroom but convenient for eating. The location of property was also convenient to sights.
